The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and a serene view. Housekeeping kept everything in great shape each day. From arrival, the staff welcomed me warmly, and check-in was smooth and efficient. My stay at Park Iris was outstanding.

Everyone was warm and welcoming, from the receptionist and manager to the cooks and cleaning staff. They hosted my mom and her friends for their visit to the Vijayawada Durga Temple. The food was delicious, affordable, clean, and hygienic. It was truly worth it.

For what I paid, the room at Park Iris was really small. In a twin bed room there was just one glass and one cup, and the bathroom was stained and shabby. The faucet was broken and didn’t work. There were plenty of other issues too. Best to avoid it.

Varalaksmi and nitish helped us during the stay and were kind. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the ambience was pleasant, and the staff were courteous and keen to help. I was very comfortable at Park Iris Hotel, and the whole stay was excellent and hassle-free. Would recommend it.

We had a bad experience, with fraud issues, extra charges, and no bill in the end. The receptionist’s behaviour was awful. Don’t choose this hotel, it was a bad stay.
