This is a nice hotel in a good location, with underground parking, towels and soap provided, and free water if you bring your own bottle. It cost me around 750 for one day through Goibibo. Just keep in mind it’s a long way from tourist spots like Madikeri or Talakaveri.
The rooms are kept in very good condition, and the price feels like a good fit for what you get.
The room was average, but fine for a quick break during a road trip.

We booked a family room for my cousins wedding. They first put us on the top floor, but my parents are elderly and couldn’t manage the stairs. I asked at reception and the polite receptionist arranged two rooms near the front desk instead. The rooms were pretty good, especially since I didn’t have high expectations. There’s basement parking, hot water, drinking water, and a dry iron by the linen store. No elevator, so older guests may struggle with the stairs.
