I had a terrible stay. The bathroom had no mirror and there was no hot water for bathing. The fridge didn't work, basic toiletries weren't provided, and the towels had holes. When we asked for a room for just five minutes so the ladies could change, the hotel staff showed no consideration. After checkout, they were rude to the ladies when asking us to book another room to change. There was no manager available to hear our feedback, and nobody apologized or expressed regret about the poor room and service. The facilities were very different from what the online listing described. I would not stay here.

The staff and watchmen were really friendly, and the receptionist offered us an executive room upgrade even though we'd booked a business room. But once inside, we noticed a smell and had trouble with the AC, so I called reception to get it fixed. I can only give the stay four stars. They need to keep the corridors and rooms smelling fresher.

The staff were the best part of the stay. Reception, housekeeping, and security all greeted us with a smile. The location and view were less appealing: the hotel is among housing and local shops, about 1.5 km from the shore, with a sewer on one side. Driving from Vizag airport took 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. The rooms have a desk but no lamp, cupboard, mini fridge, kettle, two mirrors, a king or queen bed, TV, intercom, central AC controls, and a ceiling fan. They looked shabby, sometimes smelled rancid, and the AC ducts seemed overdue for cleaning. Some bed and pillow covers were yellowed or torn. For a business hotel, the amenities were thin, just soap and shampoo. The food was okay. There's a gym on level 1 by reception. The rooftop view is limited, though you can see part of the Dolphin Nook. Planes pass directly overhead, which might interest aviation fans. For the price, it works for a day or two if you're mostly out exploring. Better upkeep, fresh paint, and new linen would help. Three stars from me.

I felt cheated. They demanded full payment in advance at check-in, and I specifically asked whether the assigned room was okay. They assured me everything was fine, so by checkout I had no way to avoid paying for services that were missing or poor. There was no bathroom mirror or hot water. Breakfast, despite reception saying it started at 7, wasn't ready or served by 7:45. No manager was available to hear feedback, and nobody apologized or showed regret for the room or service.
