Ginger Vishakhapatnam Gajuwaka

A standout moment was getting my wallet back after I accidentally left it in the room at checkout. That honesty and care really meant a lot. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service overall exceeded expectations. At the front desk, Indu Shri and Niroop made check-in and checkout smooth and helped us warmly. Jannat and Sai managed the kitchen well and served delicious food with care for our preferences. We had an amazing stay at Ginger Visakhapatnam. Thanks for such wonderful memories and hospitality.

The food was okay and the rooms are good, but maintenance needs work. We found cockroaches in the room, and the safe wasn't working. Room service didn't seem very happy to help with our needs. The hotel is also far from the city.

Service was very slow, apparently because the hotel is understaffed, and the team needs more training to meet industry standards. Restaurant prices are too high: a basic tea or coffee is over Rs. 100/- and a water bottle costs Rs. 50/-. Having only one smart card for a room with two guests is a hassle, especially since the lift also requires the card. That security and card setup feels irritating and unwarranted in such a small hotel. An okay sort of place.

From check-in through checkout, everything went smoothly at the ginger hotel , Gajuwaka , Visakhapatnam. Ms. Jannat and Mr. Rama Swamy were engaging and suggested dinner dishes, then persuaded us to have breakfast in the restaurant. The food was as good as promised, and the team's hospitality was excellent. Thanks for making our stay memorable.
