We chose this place after reading its Google reviews, and the stay turned out so well. The rooms were great, and breakfast was included and really good. The service felt excellent for the price. If you're visiting Vizag, I strongly suggest staying here.

The view and location are excellent, really mesmerizing. The food was good too, though some menu items weren't available. There was a bad smell in the restaurant hand-wash area, and our room smelled when we checked in. The taps and door knobs were old and rusty and need replacing.

The beach view is the highlight, and it had a good family atmosphere. Breakfast buffet was very good, though the swimming pool needs to be kept cleaner. On entering our room, we found too many cockroaches in the bed and bathroom, which scared the kids. Reception changed our room right away after we told them, so thanks to the staff for that.

The front office and other staff were pleasant, and the rooms were good with a nice sea view. Still, the service overall was the worst part. I booked because of the reviews and location, and I hope management improves the service.

The buffets at lunch and dinner had plenty of choices, and breakfast was a great start to the day. The food was all so tasty. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, and Mr. Bhataka, Mr. Ranjan, and Mr. Ekant Kumar were especially friendly and welcoming. The hotel made our trip amazing, and the whole stay was perfect. Couldn't have asked for better, highly recommended!
