The service was poor, though the rooms were okay.
2/10
The staff didn’t seem to know how to deal with customers, and came across as unprofessional. The rooms felt spooky, and the hotel is quite far from the main city. The nearby beach isn’t suitable for bathing.
2/10
They charged an extra 1000rs for checking out an hour late, and held on to our luggage until it was paid. The staff were very unprofessional and behaved terribly.
2/10
The service was poor, and the staff behaved very rudely. A really bad experience.
2/10
Poor service and no manners at all. The staff were rude and very unprofessional. Worst hotel ever!
