The rooms were clean and well maintained, and there was a good variety of delicious food. The pleasant ambience made the stay comfortable, and the staff were courteous and ready to help. Ramesh, Assistant Manager, was especially helpful and humble. He made sure the whole visit went smoothly and paid real attention to guest satisfaction. Thanks to him and the entire Keys team for the excellent service. I look forward to returning and would recommend the hotel.
10/10
The rooms were kept clean and comfortable, and the maintenance team worked hard to keep both rooms and washrooms in excellent condition. Yamuna & Konda deserve particular thanks for that. We also appreciated how attentive the restaurant staff were with every customer. Appala Raju (Raju), Shanker, and Sai were especially supportive and always trying to give the best service. All the hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our comfortable, enjoyable stay. We sincerely appreciate the whole team's dedication.

Narendra and the staff handled check-in and check-out so efficiently that I was thoroughly impressed. When I arrived, the team welcomed me with flowers and a complimentary drink. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the price was terrific, and the amenities and accommodating staff were great. It was even better than I expected, and I had a great experience. I was traveling with my family and two kids. Sai Krishna, Sankar, and Anil in the kitchen made sure we got milk, fruit, and the items we needed on time without any issues. The kitchen team was exceptionally good, and I appreciate their service. I'd definitely stay again.

The included breakfast was really good, and the property and location are very good. I paid 4000 per night including taxes for a Keys standard room. Having stayed at Lemon Tree Vijayawada, I expected this to be an upgrade, so I was a little disappointed. The room could have been larger, cleaner, and better maintained.
10/10
Room service food was a highlight. I ordered chicken and fish dishes, and every item was better than I expected in taste, presentation, and quality. My single occupancy room was spotless, well maintained, and genuinely impressive for comfort and quality. The reception team welcomed me warmly when I arrived, and all the staff made an effort to keep me comfortable throughout my fantastic stay at Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels Visakhapatnam. Highly recommended for comfort, hospitality, and food.
