Mr uttam really made a difference to our stay. The place felt secure and homely, and it worked well for a family. Facilities and service were decent, though cleanliness could be better and the maintenance needs another look.
The beach is about 300m away, with RK beach 1.9km from there. They can arrange a car for sightseeing, too. We stayed for 2 days and found the service good and the price reasonable. Food isn't provided, just tea and coffee.
For the cheaper price, it was mostly good and not bad overall. The AC seemed a bit low quality, though, and they could use some Telugu-speaking people to make communication easier.

There’s no food option, so this is just a place to stay. It’s in a residential area near Budhapark, about 300 mtr from Beach road and 2.5 km from RK beach. Rates are reasonable, and the staff, manager, and owner were helpful and polite. Rooms had western toilets, working AC, TV, and hot water. The 2nd floor rooms were bright and airy, while some on the ground floor smelled as if they’d been closed up for a while.
