OYO 24414 Hotel Naidu Grand

The rooms are awful and unhygienic, with no cleaning. It’s much too expensive. Don’t choose this hotel.

We’d already booked online, even though the auto drivers advised us not to go here. The room was awful. We had booked an AC room and were put on the fifth floor, but the room wasn’t good at all. The washbasin tap was weak, and the sink was broken. The room also smelled bad. Don’t go to this hotel.

Don’t bring your family here. This isn’t a place for families. The room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and the whole place smelled of rot and mildew. It felt more like a nightmare than a hotel stay. Absolutely disgusting, a complete disaster that should be shut down. Avoid it like the plague.

The stay was unpleasant. The room was too small, though the AC worked fine, and no drinking water was provided. Cleanliness was poor: housekeeping was pathetic, neither the room nor bathroom was cleaned, and the fifth floor smelled of garbage. At checkout, the guy managing the hotel asked to see the booking on my phone to confirm the dates. Without my permission, he then left a five-star review on the Oyo app. We also found out he had recorded checkout as one day earlier. This was thoroughly unprofessional and fraudulent behaviour.
