The staff were friendly and proactive, and their efficient, cheerful help made several maintenance problems easier to deal with. That’s what made the overall experience good during our couple of days here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though there were cockroaches and the peeling wall stickers made parts look worn. The lift wasn’t working, so we had to take the stairs. Hot water doesn’t come directly from the taps, but the manual service worked fine when requested. With better upkeep, this could be a solid budget option. I’d recommend it for a short stay if good service matters more to you than perfection.

Please don’t fall into this trap. We booked a king sized bedroom through makemy trip [room no. 301], but the room was untidy and full of cockroaches. The lift didn’t work, and neither did the AC, toilet flush, or geyser. After we complained, the hotel desk moved us to a twin bed room with torn wallpaper and more cockroaches. In the morning, our room key stopped working after breakfast, and the room phone didn’t work when we tried to call the desk to check out. The desk person called all these things chance incidents, which seems quite unlikely. When we looked at the reviews after checking out, we saw that many people had similar experiences. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve had.

This is a worrest hotel. I booked a room through cleartrip, but they didn’t give me the room. The reception guy behaved worrest, and cleartrip isn’t responding either. Please don’t book this hotel.

The rooms have a cozy vibe, and I loved the rooftop dining experience. Prices are affordable for the comfort you get. I just wish check-in had been a little quicker.
