The Central Suites

The rooms in reality were completely different from the pictures on MakeMyTrip, and it felt like they were scamming people. We booked for three nights, but left right away after finding cockroaches in the beds and a washroom in worse condition than a public restroom. The whole hotel looked shabby. When we raised these issues, the staff acted as if nothing was wrong and were dancing and joking around. This was the worst hotel experience my friends and I could have had. We still haven't received any refund or compensation. I lost Rs 6000 to these scammers!

Shops and transport are close, which makes the location really convenient. The facilities are pretty average but cover the basics, so it works if being well placed matters more to you than luxury.

The building is very old, and the staff just handed us a key and room number without showing us the room. I booked three nights and asked three times for the room to be cleaned and the old, dirty bedsheet to be changed. Neither was done, and one male staff member was rude to us.

Awful stay. There was a cockroach in the bedroom, and the bathroom was dirty. The toilet leaked, so we had to flush it with a bucket of water. They charged 500 for an extra bed but didn't give us a blanket. Don't add breakfast either, they serve a 20rs/plt nasta without a plate.
