The hotel itself was below average, but the worst part of the stay was the night manager, Ravi. He was rude and dismissive, kept interrupting and rolling his eyes, and spoke sarcastically. He openly cursed in Telugu in front of guests. When we raised issues, he made excuses, offered no apology or effort to resolve anything, and even shrugged as if complaints were a joke. He seemed irritated by basic questions and had no interest in doing his job calmly or responsibly. The rooms and toilets were much smaller than the booking site pictures suggested, which felt misleading. The bed sheets were dirty, the curtains dusty, and the bed didn’t feel fresh. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the room. Parking was confusing, with no proper guidance or organized system. Ravi came across as careless, arrogant, and indifferent to guests. His behavior was the biggest disappointment and seemed to explain the condition of the hotel. I attached photos of the curtains and toilets from my stay. I’d strongly advise people to avoid this place.

Being so close to Ramakrishna Beach made Treebo Lalitha RK Beach a great spot for walks by the sea in the morning or evening. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. The stay was smooth and relaxing. If you want a comfortable place near RK Beach, this is a good choice. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

We stayed for three nights, and the staff were polite with good service. The rooms and toilets were quite clean and spacious, and the hotel is only 500 metre from R K Beach. Food apart from the complimentary breakfast was overpriced and not good. They also charge extra for early check-in, even when rooms are available.

The beach is just a short walk away, and the location gets a 10 out of 10 from me. The lift was an added benefit, and the staff were extremely polite and courteous. Rooms were very clean and spacious, with all the basic amenities. I absolutely loved my stay here. Good value for money.

The food quality wasn’t good, and while room service hygiene was good, food service was very bad. This also didn’t feel like a child-friendly hotel. We had buffet breakfast included, but when we asked for an omelet, the manager acted as if they were giving us free food and said they usually provide it from their own pocket. I asked to take a little poha to feed my baby in the room, but the manager rudely said there was no pencil and I couldn’t take any. Yet a South Indian family was allowed to take food for their baby without being told anything. I felt the manager had a racist attitude toward people from North India. Parents with babies should avoid this hotel; the staff weren’t understanding or helpful.
