The meal at Dakshin restaurant, welcome hotel , by ITC hotels was delicious, with fresh, well-balanced dishes that were nicely presented. Dessert was a great finish. We were welcomed into a warm, elegant space, and the staff were courteous and attentive without making the service feel rushed. A lovely spot for a relaxed meal. I’d recommend it and would come back.

A peaceful, wonderful stay. Ms. Sarbeswari and Ms. Srabani at reception, along with the rest of the staff, gave excellent service. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and spoke very good English. I really liked the superb food, had no stomach issues, and would definitely return and recommend this place to my friends and family.

Breakfast was a real highlight for us, and Ms. Perona made it even better with her warm, attentive care. The hotel is conveniently close to the beach, and our room was comfortable, clean, and well kept. Service throughout was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Welcomhotel by ITC.

Mr. Satya and the front desk team looked after us well, and the food was thoughtfully planned and prepared. We had a pleasant stay and some lovely conversations with the staff. Mr. Venkatesh showed us the amenities and shared useful tips for using them. Thank you.

We wanted a relaxed, comfortable break, and this hotel suited us perfectly. It’s a couple of hundred yards from Ramkrishna beach, with a great location and the sort of comforts you’d expect from a 5 star property. The rooms are well appointed, service is prompt and courteous, breakfast has a good buffet spread, and there’s a nice choice of in-house restaurants.
