The washroom and bedsheets weren't clean, and they provided none of the basics: no towel, soap, water, or other facilities. There was also a huge lizard in our room, bigger than any I've ever seen. Worst experience ever. I absolutely don't recommend staying here.

The influencers made this hotel sound good, but my stay was nothing like that. After I got to my room, nobody paid any attention to me. Check the ratings before you book.

Getting to the hotel was a hassle. There was no transport nearby, and the walk in was nearly a kilometer along a poorly lit path that felt somewhat unsafe. It’s also far from the main attractions. The service was disappointing too. When I asked for drinking water, I was told to go down two floors and get it from reception because no staff were available. I had to fetch the menu card from the front desk myself as well, despite being promised top-notch hospitality when I booked.

We planned to stay two days, but left after the first and found another hotel nearby that was slightly better. The bathroom smelled bad and was filthy, and the staff were extremely rude, just short of swearing at us. They seemed willing to lie to get us to take a room. At check-in, they promised room service for every meal. In the end, all they brought was tea from a filthy staff pantry. The window blinds were broken, and when we asked to have them fixed or raised, nothing was done. They were still hanging the way we had hooked them by checkout the next day. If there were a survey for the worst hotel in the country, this place would win without competition.
