The staff are slow, and I've seen them smoking and drinking in empty rooms. The lifts are painfully slow too, the room locks don't work, and they don't even leave water in the rooms. For weddings, the service, decoration, and pricing are likely to disappoint. The food is average, and the lawn they're charging so much for doesn't even have grass. The hotel is in very poor condition and the rooms aren't maintained. It's not a good place to stay, and not suitable for weddings either.

The rooms were comfortable and well furnished, and the staff were wonderful, helpful, and very nice. They could bring tea or coffee to the room, while other items could be ordered from a nearby restaurant. For comfort, quality, and the staff, I'd give it 4 stars. Still, it felt scary to sleep there with almost no one staying on the upper floors. Nearly 80% of the rooms were vacant in the 15-floor building, with 10 rooms per floor. We were 3 families, arriving late around 11pm on the foggy night of 25th Jan 2021, and decided to stay overnight. It was a fearful night, though we had fun. That low occupancy takes away a star for me. We booked through booking.com. It's a clean, newly built apartment that's been converted into a hotel.

I liked the room and the rest of the place, and the kitchen was especially spacious. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, though. The bathroom was too small and smelled strongly of sewer. The cleaners took our white towels, which had grey trim and initials in the corner. They returned them the next morning after dry-cleaning them.

The rooms and apartment were clean, and the food was good, but the service wasn't. This is a service apartment, not a resort. I booked 3 1BHK on 11June for around 12K. They offer oneBHK and Family suites, and don't allow more than 3 people in a room. The main issue was the water, which was salty and hard for bathing.
