The Manthan Stays

I stayed here on 3rd April and left feeling the place was useless when it came to safety and customer service. My brand-new car's front windshield was broken in the parking area, and the bonnet was damaged too. Nobody from the hotel took responsibility or showed any concern. When I asked them to cover even half the repair cost, they dismissed me. The staff seemed untrained, irresponsible, and clueless about handling guests or basic situations. It's unacceptable to show so little accountability after damage like this. I would give it negative 5 stars if I could, and I strongly warn people to stay away unless they're willing to risk their property and peace of mind.

Radhe Radhe 🌷 I spent four nights here. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and room service was good. They can also help guide you on side trips and arrange cab support. All the charges were reasonable. I’d recommend this hotel to my friends and family. 🦋

The room and bathroom were both very spacious, and one of the reception staff was pleasant and helpful. But a single boy seemed to be handling the entire service. The hotel may look close to the main attractions, though getting there takes a while, and an e-rickshaw costs 100-150 each way. There’s no market nearby, and the tap water tastes salty. For 3k a night, I didn’t think it was worth it.

The room was a good size and both it and the washroom were clean. Prem mandir and Iskon mandir are within about 1.5 km, and a bathing kit was provided. The washroom itself was very small, though, and there was no hot water because the geyser wasn’t working. There’s no landline in the room, so no room service, and neither mobile network nor Wi-Fi was available in the rooms. The staff had a high attitude and rarely replied.
