The staff kept making excuses when menu items weren't available instead of fixing things. There was no WiFi, the TV didn't work, and when the electricity went out the AC had no generator backup. The rooms were very small and poorly maintained, with dirty sheets that were burnt in places and insects crawling on the bed. It felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. Cleanliness was only average, and the facilities and service fell far short of expectations. Not a satisfying stay at Vindravani Kunj Hotel.

The rooms were clean and the rates reasonable. Staff were very nice and cooperative. I'd like to stay at the same hotel on every visit to Vrindavan.

The water was far too salty, and the room we chose at the lower price had a strong bad smell from the bathroom. When we asked to switch, they said only a bigger room was available, so we had to pay more for another room. That wasn't our mistake, and I'm not satisfied with the hotel.

Temple bells could be heard in the morning, and Hotel Vrindavani Kunj had a real feeling of devotion along with comfort. The decor was simple but elegant. Staff were courteous and greeted us with a smile. I'd love to stay here again on my next trip to Vrindavan.

It was a peaceful place to stay, with convenient access to Banke Bihari Mandir and ISKCON temple. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were polite and ready to help. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Vrindavani Kunj during my visit to Vrindavan.
