The garden was lovely, and the breakfast pagoda outside was a highlight. Inside, there’s an elegant dining room, and the house is beautifully designed and comfortable. All the staff were attentive, warm, and welcoming.

The hosts were attentive and made sure everything was taken care of. My family had a wonderful stay at madilina heritage villa, with spacious rooms, a private pool, and a peaceful riverside view. It’s beautifully designed and just a short drive from kochi. I’d highly recommend it to anyone after a premium homestay experience in kerala.

There were nine of us, and the property worked really well for our group, with a pool, kayaking, and the riverside. It’s a large, well-kept place with lots of greenery and interesting pieces throughout the house. The caretaker farhan was a great help during our stay. Definitely recommend it.

Having tea in the courtyard in the morning and watching boats pass on the river was magical. We rented the whole villa for our group of ten and spent two nights there. The rooms were spacious, the pool was clean, and it felt like home with a touch of luxury. In Chendamangalam, North Paravur, it’s beside a calm river and only a short drive from Kochi. The villa brings together traditional Kerala architecture and modern luxury. A unique riverside heritage stay in Kerala for families or friends.
