OYO 14419 Aaziya Inn

I stayed at this property from 25th July 2018 to 29th July. I had booked rooms through the OYO rooms portal and paid the full amount, but when I arrived, the staff didn't want to give me a room and treated me very rudely, almost like a refugee. I complained to oyo, and only then did the hotel authority provide a room. During the stay they were unwilling to clean the rooms. Even getting toilet soap and drinking water was very difficult. It was a really awful experience with the owner and reception staff.

The rooms were nice, but the service from the staff was awful. They were harsh with customers, and they asked us to leave without giving us time to pack. I also didn't feel the rooms were safe, since anyone outside could look in through the short curtains. One of my worst hotel experiences.

Sitting behind the hotel by the Periyar River, with that cool breeze, was the best part. The location in Kalamassery is great, and the stay made me want to come back. I enjoyed it and would recommend it as a good vacation spot.

I booked through OYO at a lower price, then the hotel staff refused to give me a room when I arrived. He said it was his building and he could deny us, and told us to leave. They said they couldn't provide an AC room for such a low amount, so we got no room at all. It felt like the place was run by people hungry for money. Never go there.
