Terrible value for money. I paid a lot for the room after reading the reviews, but the place didn't match them. There was no room service or restaurant, and not even drinking water. There was no space to walk, and instead of a mat in front of the washroom, there was just a small bath towel.

I paid for a room through Cleartrip, which confirmed the booking, but the hotel later said there was no room available. Neither Cleartrip nor the hotel contacted me about it. Be careful when booking this hotel online.

We had a wonderful stay with family at crescent hotel. The location was lovely, and the room was neat and tidy. Service was good too. Thanks to Mr. Mijas Mohammed for the easy booking and guidance.

For what it costs, it's not worth the money. The rooms need to be cleaner, and they need to deal with the mosquitoes.

The staff were really friendly and attentive, and the whole hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotlessly clean. It's centrally located, with major attractions and public transport just a short walk away. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
