We ended up changing rooms twice because one had no lock, another had a broken AC, and there was no hot water. The rooms weren’t properly maintained. We were the only guests there, but there was no room service and the restaurant didn’t offer a proper complimentary breakfast. Employees were too lazy to help or listen to our complaints, though they were keen to bill us for the room. They’re renovating but still taking bookings, and the rooms are overpriced. We booked based on the website pictures and Goibibo rating, but it wasn’t worth staying. Don’t book without seeing it first.

This was one of the few places to stay nearby, and the only one of this kind in Baidane, so that’s why I’m giving it a rating. The service was pathetic, and the staff seemed clueless about what we needed. We ordered rice biryani but got masala bhaat instead. The infrastructure is still being worked on, and the ambience isn’t great either.

Room service took a long time, and the food was just okay, not very good. The rooms were very dirty, and the AC, fan, and TV didn’t work properly. There were no fire extinguishers either. There’s no professionalism here, and I don’t recommend staying.

It’s a nice place to stay if you book through an online company. I’m not sure it’s affordable if you walk in and book directly, since I don’t think it’s worth the price listed on the visiting cards. Better to book online.
