My issue is still unresolved, even after I sent the company screenshots and proof of payment and asked for a refund. The communication and coordination between the booking team and the hotel were poor, leaving me with needless inconvenience and an extra charge. Before booking, I clearly told support I’d arrive early, around 4:00-5:00 AM on 28 May 2026. Their representative acknowledged this and confirmed the booking. But when I reached the hotel, they said early check-in wasn’t included and asked me to pay another ₹500. I’d specifically asked for complete booking details and confirmation beforehand, but was given incorrect, misleading information. I expected transparency and proper customer support, and didn’t receive either. I hope management takes this seriously and improves its service so others don’t face the same problem.

The hotel staff were polite and replied quickly, and the food was a plus: the veg dishes were good and arrived within 20 minutes. Room service was quick too. The rooms were okay, but they looked nothing like the photos, so arriving was disappointing. There’s no view from the windows, with buildings on both sides, and the bathroom smelled bad. A one-litre water bottle cost 30/- rs.

Great food and the location was the best. The rooms were really clean, and all the staff were helpful. Overall, a nice experience.

FAB hotel took our booking and advance, but the room wasn’t available, so I had to wait for them to clean a broken-down room. The AC in my room didn’t work, and they even checked whether I really wanted AC. There weren’t any towels either. The rooms and old furniture were in poor shape, and there were cockroaches. The website images are probably graphics. Do not recommend. Hands down to Fab group for such practice of wrong listing.
