We really enjoyed the natural setting at Pine wood Nirwana near Shogi. Surrounded by thick green forest and away from the city, it feels ideal if you want time in nature. You can hear birds chirping and stags barking, which made the experience feel different. The property is large, with several cottage options, and there are adventure activities too. The food was good and hygiene was properly taken care of. Staff were courteous, especially Mr. Subhash, who looks after the facility. His hospitality was hard to match. It felt like great value for the money.

The rooms were in really poor shape, and the pillows were filthy. We had gone for a weekend with friends and kids, expecting the promised children's activities and trek, but none were provided. It was so bad we left by evening, and the owner wouldn't refund us. I can't recommend this so-called substandard resort. Our visit was horrible.

The meals were very good, home-style and not too spicy, and room service for morning and evening tea was nice. The staff were cooperative too. This resort feels tucked into nature, a welcome break from city crowds and malls. There are lots of activities, especially rappelling, valley crossing, rock climbing, and trekking. One thing to watch out for: big spiders can get through the gaps between the wooden and iron roof sheets and along the side walls.

The greenery and quiet surroundings gave me some much-needed fresh air. Parkwoods Shoghi was a beautiful, peaceful place, and the facilities were well maintained. Staff were helpful, the food and snacks tasted great, and the adventure activities were enjoyable, well planned, and professionally run.

We had fun with the activities, and the bonfire and music were nicely done. It's a great resort near Shimla, with courteous staff who were always smiling. The food was really good and there was plenty. I'd recommend it 100%.
