We left without a refund after asking them to cancel the booking and return the balance because they couldn’t provide the AC room we’d booked. The staff refused and were rude and uncooperative throughout, though the owner was somewhat considerate. We were told power would return in 2-3 hrs, but after almost 5-6 hrs the lights still weren’t on. Backup only ran the fan, and that stopped working after 2-3 hrs too, so we spent the rest of the time sweating in the heat. A stay that should have been a rest after travelling became miserable. The rooms and washrooms were poorly maintained, with bad floors and spider webs, and the place and rooms felt gloomy. We saw later that night the hotel still had no lights. Don’t trust the 4 star rating based on my experience. If you think it looks acceptable, book on the spot. The staff acted like they were doing us a favour.

The rooms were clean and the service was nice. The restaurant service could use improvement, but the non veg food was tasty and alcohol was reasonably priced. A nice place to stay.

The bathrooms and rooms were in very bad shape, and the rates for both non /ac rooms felt far too high. They also used an extra key to enter the room without permission, whether I was there or not. Be careful and find a better hotel in waluj. I wouldn’t book this place if you need to stay for even one day.

The owner of this resto and bar, appasaheb khedkar, replied to me in just one sentence, and that was enough. He said, “Customer is like a God, please serve it like a God.” Both the owner and staff were very polite with customers.

The restaurant was good, and the hotel had a clean, pleasant atmosphere. It’s in a strategic location and the staff were courteous. I’ll choose it for my visits to Aurangabad and recommend it.
