The lift wasn’t working, and the hotel is on the building’s second floor. My bathroom door was broken, and the bathroom itself was small, though the rooms were good. I booked through Oyo, but they wouldn’t honor the online price, so I had to pay 400 extra per day. For what the rooms cost, they aren’t that great. Only book if you’re out of other options.
My worst Oyo experience so far. I booked online at a low price, then when I arrived, they changed the reservation and demanded more money before letting me check in. It felt like they were baiting people and trying to rob them. I don’t know why Oyo still lets them operate. Please don’t book here.
I’d avoid Balaji Residency. I booked through Oyo for two people, but the property changed it to one without telling either me or OYO, then asked for extra money when I arrived. The low price in the app felt like bait. OYO customer care didn’t back the customer either. It was my first time booking through Oyo and a terrible experience. I won’t use them again. 🗣️thu🤮
The rooms are bigger than the place looks from outside, and it’s close to the railway station. There are no stairs, just a small lift to get upstairs. I found it a bit expensive and wasn’t pleased with the service, though the rest was okay.
We booked ahead online, but once we got there they refused to give us a room unless we paid extra, twice the actual room rate. Couldn’t give zero stars if I wanted to. A terrible experience.
