The rooms are comfortable, and the bar drinks are reasonably priced. It's a nice place to relax with a drink and friends. The food is very good too, and the staff are friendly and talk to you in an easygoing way.

We held two functions at this banquet hall, and the food and catering were a big disappointment. The price was far too high for the quality, and they didn't even return the leftover food to us. The non-veg dishes were undercooked, and the biryani smelled unpleasant, as if low-quality oil had been used. The vegetarian food wasn't better: the sambar was oddly sweet, almost like kheer, and the paneer wasn't cooked properly. The management seemed more concerned with profit than with customers or what we'd paid. I'd avoid this convention hall.

The attached restaurant at the MK Naidu convention Center is well run, with attentive, gracious, and well-trained staff. Ms.Kalyani was especially helpful and served us well. The place also offers a comfortable stay and warm hospitality.
