Ack Palacce Inn

The breakfast spread was top-notch, and the room was spotless and comfortable. The location worked perfectly for us. Staff were friendly and efficient, and made us feel welcome right from arrival. I’ll definitely come back.

We've stayed here several times, and have enjoyed the meals on all three occasions we've dined at the restaurant. The chef and service team served mouthwatering, authentic, delicious food, especially the South Indian, Chinese, and North Indian dishes. We definitely suggest staying and dining here to family, friends, and colleagues for a wonderful experience. We'd like the Deluxe Balcony Rooms, with their balcony views and sitting space. The Maharaja Cottage is another option, set up as separate single cottages on the top floor of the hotel, on an open terrace with a 360 degree view of the surroundings.

We spent 2N/3D at ACK Palace and enjoyed the peace and privacy away from town. The rooms are very spacious, and the views are lovely. I'd recommend booking a balcony room. Staff were warm and helpful, and the service was genuinely good. The food could taste better, though. We enjoyed the chess and carrom, too. If you're planning a stay in Yercaud, this place is worth considering.

We stayed in the Maharaja Cottage. The bed was very wide and comfortable, and there was plenty of parking. The in-house restaurant served good food at fair prices. The room cost ₹3K per night on a weekend, which seemed reasonable. They supplied two bottles of water each day. A few things could be better. There was no lift, which could be inconvenient, and dental kits weren't in the room until we asked. The towels didn't look clean. The ceiling wasn't properly sealed against the walls, and light showed through some joints. Cold air seemed to come in, so the room got quite cold. The bathroom wash basin was very small and tucked behind the door in a narrow space. There was no electric kettle, but when we asked, they brought boiled water in a steel jug.
