Capital O 71903 Jb Residency

We needed urgent accommodation with family, and arrived late at night to check in. The online booking gave no information about identity proof requirements. I understand that ID checks are mandatory, but the customer service person then asked for international proof of identity. Who carries that every day and everywhere? I offered several documents, including an international passport, e arrival card, and PR information, but all were refused. I’d like the management to explain why these requirements weren’t mentioned during online booking. We were in urgent need of accommodation late at night, yet they hassled us and made no exception. I appreciate mandatory precautions and identity verification, but this was a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Basic comfort and safety standards weren’t met. The room was dirty, with grimy walls and poor hygiene overall. The toilet seat cover was broken and felt unsafe, the taps were rusted, and the mattress sagged in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

I knew when booking that this was a basic-amenities hotel, but at 2.5k for a holiday stay, warm water, a working kettle, and a bathroom door handle still felt like basics. The door had no handle to close it, and the kettle was dirty, with what looked like milk left by the previous guest. They couldn't provide another kettle or even warm water, saying there'd be no staff until morning. Poor hygiene and no service.

The bathroom smelled bad and wasn't clean, and neither the bedsheet nor the comforter looked fresh. Worst experience.
