The bathrooms are cramped and there's no hot water, while the air-conditioned rooms feel like a waste of money. The non-AC rooms have no windows for ventilation, and the TV doesn't work. Staff couldn't understand basic Hindi or maths, and didn't know the area around the hotel. There's no diner either. One of the worst places in Chandigarh. If you're thinking of booking, please don't. You'd be better off sleeping on the road.
The hotel has a bad smell, and water supply in the rooms isn't proper. There was only one boy handling service for the whole hotel, and he was never at reception when you needed him. I stayed for two days, and the service was very bad. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
The bathroom wasn't clean, and the staff member I dealt with was rude. During my three days there, there was no room service at all. One person seemed to be running the whole hotel. I asked for a blanket and was told they'd look into it, but I never got one. That's all I have to say, nothing good about the stay.
There were rodents and mice wandering around the room, and the toilets were filthy. The AC wasn't working properly, and neither was the television. There was no water provided, no parking space, uncooperative staff, and no cleanliness. A total waste of money.
The rooms were very dirty and the staff was very rude. I also saw a boy who looked around 7 or 8 working there and doing service. Child labour is banned, yet they had him working.
