The location was convenient and easy to reach, and the surroundings felt peaceful. My room was neat, comfortable, and well kept, with the whole place feeling clean. Staff were polite and helpful. I'd recommend it for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay.
The room smelled awful as soon as we walked in, and the walls were peeling. There was no lift or corridor lighting, and the service was poor. The bathroom didn't have proper soap. Blankets were used and had curry stains, and dust was everywhere, even on the bedsheet. We had to put our towels over the beds to sleep. Very, very bad hotel. Worst experience ever.
It's an easy place to stay because of how close it is to the airport. The room was clean and nice, staff were warm, and they responded to requests promptly. Sumit Kaushal Sir is very invested in hospitality.
The street to the hotel is really dirty, with a mountain of garbage right outside the gate and a little garbage scattered everywhere.
The service was rubbish, the rooms were dirty, and the atmosphere felt so negative. There were bad smells too. A bad experience all around.
