Kaveri Hotel

The hotel felt stressful and unsafe rather than welcoming, and the staff's rude, unprofessional behavior made us uncomfortable. They spoke disrespectfully instead of helping. The rooms were poorly maintained, unhygienic, and not properly cleaned, with washrooms in terrible condition and apparently not cleaned regularly. Basic hygiene seems completely ignored. It doesn't deserve the price, and I strongly wouldn't recommend it. Avoid it if you value comfort, safety, and basic respect.

Staff were rude and unprofessional, with no basic manners, and treated guests disrespectfully. The dirty rooms smelled bad and were poorly maintained, and the washrooms were in unacceptable condition. Hygiene clearly isn't a priority. This place doesn't meet even basic standards and was a waste of my time and money. Absolutely not recommended. There are far better and safer options.

The bathroom had serious water clogging, while the room was dusty and had wet patches on the walls. Hygiene overall was very bad, and the bedsheet was torn, which isn't acceptable. We had booked for two nights, but there was no kettle or tea sachets in the room as you'd usually expect. I had a very disappointing stay at Kaveri Hotel, Zirakpur and wouldn't recommend it. Basic cleanliness and facilities were lacking.

We had a lovely, homely stay at kaveri, with family and friends. When my house was under construction, I stayed a long time there, and they made those hard days easier by cooperating with us. Later, we invited them as guests to our grihaparvesh function. Thanks to kaveri.
