Sunday Hotel Chandigarh Zirakpur

At Sunday Hotel, the housekeeping team kept the room immaculate from check-in through check-out. The beds had crisp linens, the surfaces were spotless, and the bathroom fixtures shone. Toiletries were stocked, and the towels felt fresh. Shankar, Dinesh, and Aditya were friendly, efficient, and quick to respond to requests. A few guests did mention that the bathroom taps and bath towels could use an update. Still, the staff’s cleanliness and professionalism made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

The rooms were big, but there was a bad smell, the shower was faulty, and the fridge was dirty. Room service took a long time, and breakfast had no taste, so I couldn’t eat anything. The window covering was just a plain paper sheet, which didn’t block daylight or the bright road lights at night. When we arrived, nobody helped us get to the room, and nobody came to help load my luggage into the taxi later. I was with two or three bags and my two year old baby, so I managed it myself.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the prices were reasonable. The staff I met in person were friendly and helpful, though someone I spoke with on the phone came across as rude. I booked several rooms and would recommend the place. If honking bothers you, ask for a room away from the street, since it can be constant. The area also has a high AQI, which is typical because people don’t care about pollution.

Breakfast had a great spread, and Sagar went out of his way to make the experience good. The rooms, service, and location were all amazing. Good value for money, definitely a must stay.
