Room 3 faces the main road, and passing cars made it quite noisy, so light sleepers may struggle. The upstairs neighbor was also loud, with footsteps late at night and early in the morning; I’m not sure if they were a long-term or short-term tenant. The guesthouse is cute, updated, and the rooms are spacious. It wasn’t clear from the listing that the bathroom is shared. Two rooms share a bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, but there’s no microwave. I’d suggest room 4 at the back.

We spent our last night before flying home here. It was a good location, and our apartment was clean, comfortable, and very cosy, with a shared kitchen and bathroom.

Room 3 was noisy, and the curtains let in lots of light. The shower was a bit dirty and poorly maintained, and electrical outlets were hanging loose around the place. Outside the room, nothing seemed finished. We also hadn’t realized the bathroom and toilet were shared, which was a first for us, but we dealt with it. The area is very prone to earthquakes. The first one began at 5:00 AM, and they kept going, measuring between 4 and 5.6 on the Richter scale.

We liked how clean the place was and that the furnishings were brand new. Coffee and shower gel were left as a welcome gift too. Some areas still looked like a construction site, and another couple was staying there, which we hadn’t been told beforehand. We had reserved both available rooms for ourselves and our friends. The couple were nice, so it wasn’t an issue. Since we only stayed our last night of the trip, the place was okay. It works for an arrival or departure day, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer visit.
