We found this guesthouse really well set up for a stay, with everything we needed. Tucked into gorgeous South Iceland scenery, it was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. I’d happily recommend it to anyone exploring the area.

The shared bathroom was the one drawback, though it was clean too. Otherwise, the rooms and communal kitchen were spotless and had all the essentials. This little place sits on lovely farmland by a riverbed, hidden away in the mountains, and you can hear the river at night. Highly recommend.

A real gem 💎. The kitchen was so well equipped that we found everything we needed, and the whole place was clean and nicely organized. We had a great stay!

For the price, this was a great place to stay, and we didn’t find anything missing. It was kept very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen guests can use. The guesthouse is in a remote area with few alternatives, about 2 km down a gravel road from the main street. The drive was fine and took us through farmland.

We had two lovely stays here, on separate nights. The owners were kind and helped us sort out a problem, and the waffles were amazing. The space is thoughtfully laid out and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and everything provided. There are lots of hooks and a useful fan for drying things after hiking in the rain. Thanks again for the help. We’d highly recommend staying here!
