The room was small, but comfortable, clean, and quite new. The hotel is right in the center by the port, with several restaurants nearby. In high season, book a table ahead, or you might end up with fast food like we did. The Polish woman at reception was lovely, warm-hearted, and helpful.

After a long, bumpy drive from the Westfjords, Marta gave us the warmest welcome, with her lovely Polish smile. She was professional, polite, informative, and kind. The place itself is charming and cozy. The upstairs single rooms aren’t quite suited to tall people, but that’s a small drawback.

We used this as a base for our trips, and the staff were extremely helpful with planning them. The location was picturesque, peaceful, and full of lovely people. It was a wonderful stay in January at an intimate hotel with exceptional service. Their claims about the beds and breakfast were right, both were lovely.

Catching the ferry? The terminal is literally a one-minute drive away. We also tried the 'street food' kiosk by the harbor, which had great food. The hotel itself was lovely, with friendly, helpful staff, a comfortable, well-equipped bedroom, fabulous views, and an amazing breakfast. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

The room was on the small side, but we could still fit two large suitcases. Everyone on staff was helpful and easy to chat with. It’s a cute, cozy place in the city center right next to the pier. Breakfast is worth the price, with homemade bread and fresh fruit.
