I spent a week here and found the price and quality well balanced. The staff were kind and attentive, the food was excellent, and the spa was just what I needed. I wouldn't recommend the massages, though. It was one of the worst I've had in my life. Booking a taxi through the hotel was also a bad idea: I was scammed into paying €20 for a five-minute drive.

The pools were really warm and refreshing, and the rooms felt modern and spacious. Dinner was a highlight, with very well-cooked food and a different selection each day. Breakfast was a fairly ordinary but good spread. The only downside was the I-beam on the balcony.

The staff were very friendly and kind, and dinner and breakfast were included in our plan. The food was good, though nothing special. It was our first time visiting and staying at Terme, and we had to buy swimming caps for €1 each. It seems you also need a bathrobe and slippers, so bring those or expect to buy or rent them. I'm not sure whether rentals are available. I think guests need more information about how to use Terme and what to bring inside.

There's plenty to do during a stay: water gymnastics, tennis, yoga at the hotel, and dancing at various places in town in the evenings. The hotel also has a dancing evening once a week. We've spent a wonderful week at hotel Milano this year, last year and the year before that. It's always a terrific week, with lovely surroundings, great service, delicious food and, best of all, the thermal-water pool. I'm very happy to stay at Terme Milano hotel.

My mom and aunt loved this place. The location and views are right in the center, the service was great and the food amazing. A special thank you to Elena Dintiv, Silvia Gradinari, and Doina in hospitality, plus Angela and Nadia in treatments. They were kind and respectful to our family. 🙏❤️
