The dinner was much better than I expected, and the bar service was fabulous. Stella was especially accommodating, even making me a great salad after the kitchen had closed. Breakfast was basic, though. The entrance hall is beautiful, and the warm thermal pool has indoor and outdoor sections in a lovely garden. Rooms are simple but perfectly adequate, with generously sized balconies. I absolutely recommend the hotel and plan to return next year.

The pool is a good size, but the facilities are old. There’s only one changing room shared by men and women, and very few showers. I don’t think I saw more than three.

The treatments were good, and everything was clean and well organized. The area is pleasant and not too busy, the staff are friendly, and the food is good. The place is dated, but still attractive.

We came to relax in the pool at night, but it closes at 7pm. The water was really cold, there was no bar, and to get a coffee you had to walk through the hotel wearing a towel. The room was awful, with no minibar, blanket or service. Pool access cost 13 euro per person because there were no towels in the room. We paid 93 euro for one night and got no service. In the end, we decided not to stay, but when we went to pay, they said we couldn’t check out because the cash desk was closed. I’d never heard of being unable to leave a hotel for that reason. Luckily, we had cash and paid. The worst part was that THEY DIDN'T ASK US WHY WE WANTED TO LEAVE OR WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. We paid 93 euro and didn’t spend the night there. I felt like I’d finally gotten out of jail.
