All the staff were friendly and professional. The grounds and pool area are excellent, the location is pretty good, and the pool water is very warm and pleasant. You do have to wear a swim cap. Couples dancing is offered after dinner on Thursday and Friday evenings. We booked a two-week package with 14 medical treatments per person, including mud therapy and massage. Wi-Fi only worked inside the hotel, not at the outdoor pool or in front of the building. The room had only a refrigerator, with nothing complimentary. We chose the breakfast and dinner option, which was more than enough, though at dinner even water costs extra. The food was mediocre for our East European tastes. Breakfast had very limited choice apart from lots of pastries, and the pastries were much too sweet. Dinner is ordered from a daily menu, but the options are limited, as the pictures show. The salad bar is where you actually have options. The pasta dishes seemed to be different kinds of macaroni with a little sauce sprinkled on top. I was surprised that Italians don't eat any kind of soup, so you can order pure soup. If this is Italian cuisine, it's the worst version of it. I assume the chef has never worked in a private restaurant, or it would go out of business quickly. I compared it to Karlovy Vary.

We couldn't have asked for more. The spa and pool services were perfect, the rooms spotless, and the staff super friendly. The food was wonderful too. Incredible value, and we hope to return.

Dining was unforgettable, with an elegant atmosphere and a menu mixing traditional and modern dishes. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff gave excellent wine recommendations.
