Regia Hotel

I was frustrated that the hotel never replied to either of my refund requests. I contacted them first through the website form, then later by email, after promptly cancelling my May booking a month ahead. I explained that I'd made an honest mistake and hoped they'd show some goodwill, even though their policy says no refunds. They didn't respond at all. The mix-up was that I'd meant to book a room for April but accidentally reserved May. I only realized when I arrived, and by then the hotel was full. The receptionist was kind and understanding, which I appreciated, but that was the only positive part of the experience. Being ignored like that was incredibly disappointing. Guest concerns deserve basic courtesy, and I felt that wasn't a priority here. Given this, I wouldn't recommend the hotel. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere guests are valued and treated respectfully.

An excellent stay in this lovely oasis in the heart of Sardinia. My room was beautiful and extremely clean, and the staff paid impeccable attention to detail. There’s a restaurant and pizzeria in the same complex, and some of the island’s most beautiful beaches and attractions are just a 20-minute drive away. I’ll definitely be back!

We arrived late and were welcomed kindly. At breakfast the next morning, we enjoyed all the delicious pastries and the many things the hotel owners had made. We were lucky to chat with them, and they’re really sweet people. We’ll come back one day.

New, clean, and comfortable, with delicious breakfast and great service. Highly recommended!
