We booked the Infinity Suite Acerra via Spiniello well in advance, but getting there was already difficult. At the intercom, nobody answered. After we called, a woman told us to use a key to open the automatic gate. Upstairs, there was still nobody, so we called again and were told to leave the money in a box outside the door. Inside, we found just two small bags of chips and two glasses of warm prosecco. The room was cold and had no heat, and the water was cold too. A man arrived with a rather haughty attitude and said the water was 60 degrees. I told him it was only lukewarm. He went out to the balcony and turned on the boiler, raising the temperature, but it made no difference. It was a terrible experience, and the door wouldn't lock, so anyone could have come in.

Martina, the owner, was professional, friendly, and available from the first contact. The atmosphere was refined, clean, and very well kept, and the hot tub was a real highlight for unwinding as a couple after a busy day. Breakfast at the partner café was simple but more than enough. A comfortable, welcoming stay that I’d highly recommend.

Breakfast was arranged at a nearby bar. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff were kind in every way. I’d suggest doing a little maintenance, especially on the hot tub.

We stayed in the Brown Suite and had a relaxing time in the large whirlpool tub. The welcome was wonderful, and Simone, the owner, was friendly and very helpful. We can’t wait to come back.
