We loved this apartment and would definitely stay again. It's right on the seafront, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and had authentic decor. Its balcony runs the full length of the place, with lots of outdoor seating and views over the sea.

From January 25-27, 2026, I walked through Aci Trezza with respect. Loving a place also means remembering it when it's hurting. Sicily is more than beautiful scenery, it's resilience. 🌊❤️ The island still carries the scars of Hurricane Harry: damaged homes and streets, and broken hearts. Like the sea, though, it remains strong and dignified, able to rise again. Aci Trezza has a quiet that somehow speaks, with the winter sea, the Faraglioni of the Cyclops keeping watch as they always have, and still boats that look like paused thoughts. Time slows down here and reminds you to breathe slowly.

The apartment is older, which gives it a distinctive style, though a few appliances need replacing. The shower is so tiny that sharing the tray is impossible, and the washing machine caused our electricity to cut off 😁. Still, the location is beautiful enough to deserve six stars. Having breakfast on the balcony, looking out over the sea and the city along the shore, was wonderful. Communication with the owner was five stars too. Great stay, I recommend it.

Walking by the Faraglioni at sunrise was moving and relaxing at once. It's a magical, epic place in the truest sense.
