Grand Hotel Faraglioni

The staff were attentive and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was very nice. It's a quiet hotel right on the sea, and the larger rooms are spacious. One thing bothered me: the website says there's a whirlpool in the room, but what we found was a standard-sized bathtub with jets. That doesn't really feel like a whirlpool.

We spent seven days here at the start of our honeymoon. The owner had left us a bottle of prosecco in the room, a lovely welcome gift. The room was very clean, and the staff were kind. They even helped us arrange a rental car at a fair price. Breakfast offered lots of choices, from eggs to cakes. We loved our stay.

The rooms are modest, but the food and the sea views would make me want to dine here again. The hotel is right across from the water, which makes for a lovely meal setting. Staying there is another matter, as parking was a real headache. We had to look for a space on the street, and finding one was frustrating. The website mentions a garage, but it wasn't available during our visit because there were no spaces.

The location by the sea is excellent, and the staff were so friendly, always greeting us with smiles. Everything was very clean. When my partner fell and his nose started bleeding, the crew gave us a huge amount of help. He said he felt safer than at home. We're very grateful. A big thank you to everyone.
