I stayed for 10 nights in August with my daughter, and we'll be back. Cristina and Alessandro were delightful, polite people, attentive to every little detail, just like the furnishings. The apartment felt practically new and was spotless when we arrived. It has a lovely kitchen, a large bedroom, and a spacious, well-fitted bathroom. There’s also a big balcony with a sink and washing machine. It stays cool at night thanks to its orientation, and although there’s air conditioning, we didn't need to use it. The apartment is on the second floor in central Cannizzaro. There are lots of free spaces in the building’s large entrance courtyard, and we almost always found one. If needed, the blue spaces outside the electric gate are free at night. I gave it 5 stars because there's no rating higher than full marks.

Alessandro and Cristina welcomed us warmly and pointed out the main sights nearby. We chose this charming apartment for a trip along the Ionian coast of Catania, and it had everything we needed, even for a longer stay. There's also a parking area reserved for residents. If we come back to this area, we'd gladly stay here again.

The courtyard parking space and the apartment's excellent location made our four days in Aci Castello easy. Inside, the recently renovated place was clean and well cared for, with everything in its place and nothing broken. Alessandro and Cristina were extraordinarily courteous and helpful, even though we arrived at 2:00 AM. We'll definitely stay with them on our next trip to Sicily. Highly recommended, A++.

It's a little way from the city center, but buses are nearby. There are also small grocery shops and a very good hair salon just two minutes away. The apartment itself is modern, very clean, and really nice, and the owners made us feel very welcome.

It works well for a holiday or a business trip. The place is tastefully furnished and has all the essentials. Its location is great both for reaching the city center and for going swimming.
