The area was peaceful, but we could still get to the center of Aci Reale and the highway easily, so it worked well for exploring the Cyclops Coast. Paolo and his family, including their dog Emma, made us feel welcome at their lovely property. Our room was huge, attractive, and spotless, and we really enjoyed the pool and breakfast outside. They also gave us loads of tips for getting around and helped us in ways that went well beyond what a hotelier would normally do. I'm still grateful for that.

We arrived on August 20, 2021, and were put in a room that smelled strongly of damp. The walls were dirty and peeling, with plaster damaged by water leaks, and the sofa was covered in crumbs and animal hair. There was dog waste scattered around the garden, along with a vacuum-packed meat package that had fallen during transport. It was all very embarrassing. When we complained, the owner only said that she would keep a penalty if we chose to leave, which of course we wanted to do. Truly disgusting. I have photos to back up this review. Avoid this place. Fake reviews!!!!!!

We only spent one night at this lovely B&B, but left completely satisfied. The quality was better than the price suggested, and everything was tastefully furnished and well looked after. In winter, breakfast was served in the room and there was independent heating. We highly recommend it and will come back.
