The sea view from the room was quite nice, and it was clean. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was alright. The walls are thin, though, and if you're the second person to shower, the water may be cold.

We had booked for one night, then heard the evening before check-in that our reservation was being cancelled because of an unforeseen problem. Being told so at the last minute left us little chance to find another solution. We weren't completely surprised, but still found the way this was handled inappropriate and unprofessional. That kind of behavior is unacceptable.

The location by the sea is pleasant, but the apartment really needs a proper renovation. We had to shut the water off overnight because the toilet kept running. The curtains weren't blackout, there were no shutters, and the curtain rod looked ready to fall. The air conditioning blew straight onto the bed. There was no bathroom door, only a curtain that didn't cover the opening properly, and no shower door either, so water got everywhere, especially over the old washing machine that was partly dismantled. The bedroom jacuzzi had no water. The front door needed a wedge to open, and the electrical system seemed dangerous. The apartment was in poor overall condition. The owner wanted cash and asked us to cancel through Booking.com, but we ended up paying by bank transfer to a Revolut account. I can't recommend it.

The room looked nothing like the photos, and what was listed as champagne wasn't there either. When I raised the differences, the host changed the story and said I'd booked a regular room, not the €75 apartment. That's nonsense. I booked through Booking.com, and right afterward the owner, Alberto Grassia, contacted me on WhatsApp asking me to pay with Revolut. I agreed, but the rest was a disaster. The room was in awful shape and smelled of damp, mold, and a song. The shower was broken, the drain clogged, and the sink wouldn't empty. You couldn't move around the bathroom without flip-flops. The host is a fraud and a liar. This feels like a classic tourist scam, and I don't recommend the place at all. A waste of time and money. I'm reporting it to Booking.com and warning others.
