We had such a hard time leaving after our three nights. Everyone was kind, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Of all the hotels we've stayed in, this one made the biggest impression. Every detail shows how much care went into the place, and we even wished we could take our room home with us. Thanks for making the trip feel even more special. We highly recommend staying here, and we'll definitely return on our next visit to sicily.

We picked this place as a base for day trips around this side of the island, and it worked perfectly. The renovated palace is lovely. Our room had a small kitchen and a big terrace facing Mount Etna. Acireale itself is beautiful to visit, too. Breakfast was good, even on days when it was made just for the two of us. There's also a pool that must be wonderful in summer. The hosts were consistently helpful and ready to meet our needs. I think it's the best place to stay.

We loved how beautiful the hotel and our room were, and the view of the lovely park behind it made the stay even more special. The atmosphere and service were both wonderful, and we felt well looked after. The staff were so friendly, thoughtful, and kind throughout. They made our dog feel very welcome too, and he was comfortable in the hotel. We'd definitely love to come back.

We had a wonderful night here with the kids during Carnival. It's a beautifully finished new hotel, and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast came to our room, and there was plenty of it. It was excellent, and I say that as a chef at a 4-star hotel. I'd highly recommend it to anyone in the area; you'll be 100% satisfied. Thanks to everyone for the experience.
