Carmelo is a very helpful, knowledgeable host who goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast on the quaint terrace, surrounded by lush greenery and lemon trees, was lovely. The prices are fair for truly top quality. Looking forward to staying here again soon.

Carmelo is a wonderful person, kind and helpful, and always ready to make guests feel at home. The B&B is welcoming, lovingly maintained, and impeccably clean. Our room was comfortable and relaxing, just right for unwinding. Breakfast was a pleasure, carefully prepared with quality ingredients. This place will stay in our hearts. Carmelo is the heart of this place, attentive to his guests' comfort, extremely helpful, and sensitive to everyone's different needs. The care and love in every detail feel like expressions of his big heart. The rooms are immaculate, well furnished, quiet, and cool, with fresh-smelling linens. Il Giardino di Galatea is a little paradise, set in Acireale between the sea and Mount Etna, close to everything. I spent a few days here in a place that felt suspended between dream and reality. It's a citrus grove with every imaginable variety of plant, a piece of Sicilian countryside where ancient lava sits like a faithful friend among trees, fruit, and flowers. They seem to bear witness to the celebrated love of Acis and the nymph Galatea. The property is fenced and easy to access, and even the large parking lot shares the beauty of the garden. Here and there among the greenery are precious artifacts and painted majolica tiles that show the skill and poetry of local artisans and artists. Highly recommended, not just for a stay, but as an experience that stays with you, like the beauty and poetry of the extraordinary land of Sicily!

Mount Etna and the sea are both easy to reach from Carmelo's B&B, which made it a great base for exploring eastern Sicily. I also loved how at home I felt there. Carmelo built the place himself, and you can see the care in the thoughtful details, the spotless rooms, and the warm atmosphere. He was always helpful with local suggestions, while still giving us space. A really comfortable stay with genuine hospitality. I'd happily come back. Thanks so much, Carmelo!
