Such a lovely spot.

The room and meals were just average during our half-board stay from September 15 to 19, 2025. We were two company technicians working in Calabria, and checking out turned into a struggle to get a receipt or tax invoice for what we had paid. We have tried the listed phone numbers repeatedly, but they are switched off or unreachable. Emails and even a certified email (PEC) reminder have also gone unanswered, with no explanation. The email we did receive contained what looked to us like a "fake" receipt, missing the basic validation details: tax stamp, company name, serial number, services used, and the period covered. For us, transparency and proper tax handling are essential in any business. We hope management puts this right, but for now we strongly advise people working nearby or passing through the area to stay somewhere else.

The only real plus for us was the location. The lawn was poorly kept, and guests seemed to manage the pool themselves. For what we paid, that wasn't enough to make up for the rest. Our double room felt run-down and gloomy. Its only small window was in the bathroom and faced the entrance, so even the slightest noise had me wondering what was going on. The air conditioning had been switched off because it was supposedly "chilly." After we asked, it ran for a couple of hours on the second day, under their control. Breakfast was sparse and poor. We never asked for more than one of each thing, one drink, and maybe an extra coffee. On August 15th there were around thirty visitors from outside the hotel as well as the staying guests. People were fighting over sun loungers and umbrellas, and there weren't enough for everyone. Paying €120 a night didn't even guarantee a place by the pool. We were charged €40 for a poolside aperitif, one cheap bottle of wine and two appetizers, and the cash register was broken so they couldn't stamp the receipt. We'd also seen people leave lunch unhappy, so thankfully we didn't add that experience to our stay. The August 15th price was obviously high for the date, but the service didn't justify it. I really don't understand five-star reviews from people who have never stayed there or traveled before. Maybe Google should ask for a photo as proof of a stay. Dear managers, hospitality can't be improvised. Try staying at other B&Bs and see how they do things.

Anna and her mother, Orestina, were so kind and attentive throughout the day. My family, 21 adults and 3 children, came to this lovely, well-kept agriturismo to celebrate my father's birthday. The pool was clean, and lunch was excellent, with everything freshly prepared from the appetizers through the gelato dessert. Maybe that's why the wait between courses ran a little long. We'd happily come back for another relaxing day.
