The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff made us feel welcome. Breakfast is freshly prepared each day, with especially good cakes. A perfect base for staying in Acireale, recommended!

Breakfast on the terrace was a treat, with very fresh savory options and sweets, including granita and briosce, a must in Acireale. Rina, the owner, was warm, professional, attentive, and ready to help with questions or anything we needed. The rooms felt cozy and relaxing, with thoughtful details, and the whole B&B was clean and new. It's centrally located in Acireale. Thanks for a memorable stay.

I felt misled by the pricing. I had found a family suite on Hotels.com within my budget, and its listing said the desk was open 24/7. Since I expected to arrive around midnight, I called before paying to check about late check-in. The owner said that timing was fine. At the same time, she took the apartments off Hotels.com and quoted €180, which was €50 more than the listed price. When I asked why, she said, "I booked them for you and added a surplus for late check-in." I turned it down and booked another hotel, but came away feeling deceived as a customer. The Hotels.com details seem misleading, and I suspect reception hours may not be the only issue. I wouldn't recommend dealing with a service that isn't transparent.
