There’s potential here, and the parking is convenient. The staff were friendly, but the discounted breakfast could be better. My room was large, though the pillows were very low. The bathroom could use some renovation or a more thorough clean. A little more effort would make a difference.

I slept better than I have in years. The bed and pillows were very soft, and the room was lovely and warm at night. The place is quiet, and the service was the best I’ve experienced, with friendly, helpful staff. I’d recommend staying here.

Andrea and Fabiana were especially kind, and breakfast was excellent, with plenty of sweet and savory choices. I stayed with friends in this peaceful place surrounded by greenery. The recently renovated rooms are cozy and very clean, and the location is great for nearby attractions, including Lake Bolsena, about 10 minutes away. We did see a few insects and spiders, but that’s part of a farmhouse in the countryside. It’s pet-friendly, of course.

A nice location, clean room, and courteous staff who were happy to help. Breakfast was great, with sweet and savory options, and the price was reasonable. No complaints.

The outdoor pool was great, including for children, and breakfast was excellent. We only stayed one night at this wonderful agriturismo, but the owners’ kindness and helpfulness made it feel like a peaceful place to unwind. It’s well placed for visiting the distinctive towns between Lazio and Umbria. Thanks so much, we’ll be back soon!
